At TMD we focus on designing custom homes and tenant improvements throughout Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. We also have the ability to complete select projects throughout the Western United States. Our goal is to provide homeowners with an innovative and cost efficient design for their project. We also work hard to deliver a complete set of plans within the promised time line. We accomplish our goal by controlling the number of projects
we take on at any one time. We also have a close working relationship
with Axial Engineering Group, Inc. who provides our clients with structural
plans in a short amount of time for a very competitive price.
