The Design Process:
Below is a brief breakdown of the steps involved in the design process:
  1. Call TMD at 661.644.0377 to schedule an appointment.
  2. Work together to create the best design for you and your needs.
  3. Begin the construction plans and work with an engineer to complete the structural portion.
  4. Submit plans to the City or County for plan review.
  5. The plans come back from the City or County and all the necessary corrections are completed by TMD and the Engineer.
  6. Resubmit plans and apply for a building permit.
  7. The owner or their contractor will pull the building permit and construction can begin.
  8. TMD will visit the job site through the entire construction process to ensure the project runs smoothly.
